For Children of all Ages (and some adult children) a craft table will be set up in the Guild Hall at 10:15 a.m., Sundays, June 7- July 26

ISSUES OF THE DAY: A DISCUSSION CLASS ABOUT THE NATIONAL EPISCOPAL CHURCH

Meet Mother Kate and the Clergy in the Lounge at 10:15 a.m. on Sundays to discuss the following issues:

June 7 -- The Anglican Communion: How it works
June 21 -- General Convention: How it works
June 28 -- The Debate over Human Sexuality: Bishops and Blessings
July 5 -- How to Observe General Convention
July 19 -- A Report on the 76th General Convention
July 26 -- New Liturgies and How they Affect Us

WEDNESDAYS

Basic A -- A class for those who are new to St. James. Join us as we discuss why we worship the way that we do, how we honor the Bible and how the Episcopal Church came into being. Taught by Mother Kate Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 p.m.

The American Gospel -- Join a group of St. James members to discuss this new book that has caused so many of us to think more closely about our faith. Wednesdays in June 5:30-6:30 p.m. in The Lounge.

A Reason for God -- The Rev. Tim Keller has written an incredible book about why he loves God. Join Mother Kate and others in the Lounge on Wednesday nights, 5:30-6:30 p.m. in July to discuss this book.

Spanish Class -- Professor Dick Williams will be teaching a free Spanish class here at St. James. The classes will meet on Wednesdays and Sundays at 4:00 p.m. beginning Wednesday, June 10.
