We Welcome Your Little Ones

St. James’ nursery is available for children newborn to 5 years old. The nursery is typically open for our Sunday services, Wednesday evening choir practice, and special events.

The nursery is open and available for Saturday night services, but is not staffed. An adult must remain with the child if using the nursery when it is not staffed.

When the nursery is open, trained staff and volunteers are ready to play with your little one so you can worship with the peace of mind that your child is well taken care of during this time. All staff and volunteers who work with children and youth have been screened and completed “Safeguarding God’s Children” training.

Guardians must sign a completed safety form for children to be in the nursery. This form is updated yearly starting in September.

All children are welcome to worship with their families in any of our services. There are children worship bags available located right before entry into the sanctuary. These bags are filled with quiet time activities — coloring pages, Bible story books, tracing cards, pipe cleaners for creating, etc. Please help yourself!
