To Mars & Beyond

Wow…what an adventure we had this year at Vacation Bible School! We welcomed 33 kids to our space-themed space. Each day, the kids went to ‘Mars and Beyond’ and discovered the wonder of God’s universe. They became Voyagers on a journey through space, exploring where God’s power can take them. Beginning in our Assembly area-an outpost on Mars – they lifted off to distant planets on special missions to collect power sources. Along the way, they learned how God walked with heroes of the Bible, and that God is always with them, too. Adding to the adventure was out-of-this-world fun, learning, and timeless Bible stories that inspired kids to give glory to God, who is able to do far beyond all that we could ask or imagine! Beyond with Boldness, Beyond with Faith, Beyond with Kindness, Beyond with Thankfulness, and Beyond with Hope. Our special VBS service project was raising money for our friends in Kenya from Humble Hearts School. We raised $164.27 to purchase over 600 pieces of fruit for them.
